Jess is Dunghutti Country’s only level 2 yoga teacher registered with both Yoga Australia & Yoga Alliance (international) & teaches a diverse range of practices including āsana, prānāyāma, meditation, & yoga philosophy.

Soma is referenced hundreds of times across Vedic texts. Of its many definitions, the most pertinent is the gleaming fluid secreted from the pineal gland during deep states of spiritual practice & identifying with the Moon.
The Soma Sessions, our signature Yoga class in Crescent Head, integrally connects you to the lunar phases & energies through specific āsana, prānāyāma, & meditation techniques to bring you closer to your natural intuitive state & a joyful sense of calm.
During the Soma Sessions, we practice together under the influence of the waning & waxing moons, take guidance from her phases, & proceed accordingly.
We move gently, breathe well, rest & bathe in the ocean of self-love & soul-led community. Finally, we are nourished with a Sattvic breakfast.
All bodies & minds welcome. The Moon, in her infinite wisdom, teaches us to love all the natural rhythms & phases in us.
